My nephew received financial aid while going to a comunity school. Unfortunately, due to family problems, he was unable to complete and pass the subjects taken during that term. The financial aid was taken away.
What can he do to regain the financial aid?? Where could he apply for a loan until he gets the aid back??? I believe the term is about $1,000.
